Strathclyde Ring-billed plays hide and seek

I'd seen the Ring-billed Gull at Strathclyde Loch before and had got cracking views (and some very pleasing images) but given the beautiful light I thought I'd pop in again today on my way back from Glasgow. I did eventually find the bird but in the feeding frenzy that ensued as visitors threw bread crumbs for the geese and gulls I lost sight of it and then failed to find it again despite an hour's searching. I grabbed a couple of record shots, with this one being perhaps the best of the bunch...
