Two out of three at Heysham

The Black-throated Diver did not show at Blea Tarn but I had a lovely time photographing the Chough at Heysham today. Glorious sunny weather combined with the most confiding of red-billed corvids made for a memorable half hour. Further round the bay I caught up with the 3rd winter Iceland Gull but it was a long way off by the time I arrived and I had to settle for record shots.
