Yank Duck shows distantly, Goldeneye & Kites
Not much to report today. The American Wigeon at Crook of Baldoon showed distantly, and I was pleased to get a decent record shot - once it had emerged from the vegetation where it spent much of its time snoozing in the hazy sunshine. The light at Longtown and Laurieston was poor, so again, it was good to get some keepers of Goldeneye and Gadwall given the conditions. (Not sure I would have managed as many with my old 7D. The image quality and high pixel density certainly helped.)
